The EBITDA calculator and preliminary diagnostic tool are provided for illustrative purposes only. All outputs are based on simplified financial models, have not been independently verified, and must not be relied upon for investment, disposal, refinancing, repositioning, or operational decisions.

The AI strategic question feature is a demonstration of how Black Maple frames owner-side questions — it is not professional advice and does not constitute a review of your specific asset or circumstances. Black Maple accepts no liability for any loss arising from reliance on outputs generated by any tool on this Site.

5. AI-Generated Outputs

This Site includes an AI-powered feature that generates responses to owner-side strategic questions. These outputs are produced by a large language model and are provided for demonstration purposes only.

AI-generated responses: (a) do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or professional advice; (b) have not been reviewed or verified by Black Maple partners; (c) may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inapplicable to your specific circumstances; and (d) do not reflect a review of your specific asset. No advisory relationship is created by use of this feature.

Black Maple accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or adverse outcome arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs. You should obtain independent professional advice before acting on any information generated by this feature.

6. Confidentiality of Submissions

When you submit information through our asset submission form or any contact form on this Site, Black Maple will treat that information as confidential. We will not disclose the existence or content of your submission to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or regulation, or where necessary to perform services you have explicitly requested.

Submitting information through this Site does not create a confidentiality agreement, non-disclosure agreement, or any other contractual obligation on the part of Black Maple Advisory LLC beyond the commitment described in this clause. No advisory, engagement, or client relationship is created by submission.

7. AML & Regulatory Compliance

Black Maple Advisory LLC is committed to operating in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorist financing (CTF), and sanctions laws and regulations.

Where Black Maple enters into an advisory engagement, it may be required to conduct customer due diligence (CDD) including identity verification and source of funds checks. Provision of false or misleading information in connection with such checks may constitute a criminal offence.

Submission of information through this Site does not activate AML obligations. AML checks are conducted at the point of formal engagement, in accordance with applicable UAE PDPL and relevant AML frameworks.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, structure, analytical methodology frameworks (including "The Asymmetry", "Observed Situations", the diagnostic framework, and related analytical structures), visual identity, and underlying code — is the property of Black Maple Advisory LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Personal, non-commercial reference use is permitted. Reproduction, republication, commercial use, or imitation of Black Maple's methodology frameworks or proprietary analytical structures requires prior written consent from Black Maple Advisory LLC.

9. User Conduct

Users must not:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations;
